Completed in December 2025, our apartment is on the 2nd floor. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and comfortable living/dining space. Outside we have a wrap around balcony accessible from all bedrooms and the living room, a ski locker on the ground floor and a private garage on Level -1. The apartment is accessible by lift or stairs.
Parking
We have a dedicated private garage beneath the apartment with lift and stairs access to the apartment.
Additional free roadside parking is possible outside the apartment.
Getting In
Our local team will meet you at the apartment and provide you with an electronic fob and keys to access the apartment, garage, ski lockers and the lift.
Storage
There is ample wardrobe and luggage storage space for all your gear. 2 bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside tables with drawers. The 3rd bedroom has a hanging rack, bedside tables and use of the wardrobe directly outside the bedroom accessed from the hallway. There is a shoe storage bench and coat rack just inside the front door
You will also have a ski locker which can store all your ski equipment.
The garage is also a good size and we have found we can store 4 bikes in it as well as a car with room for more depending on the size of car.
Laundry
We have a washer-dryer in the apartment and an additional hanging rack that can be used indoors or on the balcony
WiFi
High-speed fibre broadband is available throughout the apartment.
